Come along and take part in our FREE Tai Chi sessions hosted by the Chinese community in Peterborough. These sessions will take place on Coney Meadow, behind the Ferry Meadows Visitor Centre every Saturday morning from 2nd May until September.

Tai Chi is perfect for all ages and abilities and consists of gentle, easy-to-follow movements, which are great for improving your balance, reducing stress and supporting wellbeing. Just come along and have a go!
