“I created the ‘We Love Peterborough’ business purely out of the passion for living in and being born in Peterborough. My aim is to get people to appreciate where they live with beautiful photographs of places they often overlook, visit attractions they haven’t thought about visiting before, doing something new and to keep them up-to-date with events and what is happening in the the city.

Attending events with: Railworld Wildlife Haven, Peterborough Nene Valley railway station, Exotic Pet Refuge, STYLEPEG, BBC Radio 4-The Kitchen Cabinet, Peterborough Museum & Vivacity Heritage and so many others I can’t count including new store sneak peeks, traffic congestion, swans on Town Bridge, The Tour Series, Perkins Great Eastern Run, Festivals, Christmas lights and Coca-Cola trucks…. no business or event is too small or too large.
Although sometimes it’s hard work eating all that food, attending all those events and writing up those articles and adding in hashtags! ….I am proud that it has grown into a following of 6300+, which astounds me. It means a lot to think that, due to personal motivation and perseverance, people appreciate what I do. I’ve enjoyed every minute.
I hope that I can be a small role-model to others in being confident enough to grow something from zero upwards and most of all enjoy what you do.
