Nick’s wonderful Embe Soul Food & Drink restaurant can be found along Cowgate in the city centre.
Originally established way back in 2009, Nick’s tasty and exciting, cooked-to-perfection, Afro-Caribbean dishes are brimming with heart and soul. After making a huge success of his business as a food stall at the market he has moved into fabulous premises in the city full of colour.
