Running from 28th June until 5th July, this week long city-wide celebration will return to Peterborough city for its second summer event, and promises to be even bigger and better than our first!
Peterborough Pride is about providing a platform for coming together, celebrating difference, being proud and showing support for our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex and Asexual (LGBTQIA+) friends and family.
Peterborough Pride is unique, as we have evolved from a single parade and instead we are curating a week-long festival of different parties, performances, screenings, social gatherings and acts of solidarity at a host of venues across the city.
Whoever you are and wherever you’re from, this is your pride and you can celebrate in any way you like! Get involved and contribute to a fantastic colourful week of laughter, dancing, discussion, performance and celebration. Let’s bring Peterborough together in unity, not just for pride, but into the future where everyone is respected and welcome. Welcome to Peterborough Pride!
Here’s the Carnival of Love Parade through the city from Broadway up to the Town Hall on Bridge Street where celebration were continued with thanks to Samm’s micro pub and the Lightbox Cafe.
