Have you heard of Group Travel World? Well if you haven’t you could be missing out on discounts when you’re out and about with family and friends!

Group Travel World just happen to have their office based in Peterborough and I have been speaking to them about the Peterborough and surrounding area attractions for families and people that like to visit Peterborough as a whole. They publish a monthly magazine, get deals on attractions, tours, theatres, festivals, railways, experiences, museums, sports, music, basically anything you would want to visit in any city.

Now there are several great things about them that will definitely interest all of you! So read on….

  1. Group Discounts: Sometimes we shun away from the ‘group‘ word thinking that there’s not enough of us, BUT WAIT, being a large family or going out as 2 families together or a bunch of girls/lads, a work do….. can quantify you… in fact, sometimes all you need is 6 people. So keep reading!Group Travel discounts start at 5 people plus you.. which means that rather than paying full price you’ll be able to get group rates for some places you visit. So, if you’re planning on going out for the day take a look at their group prices first! To give you an example, if there’s a bunch of you interested in going to the new attraction of Bear Grylls Adventure in Birmingham get 16 of you together and you’ll get 5% off your entry, if you fancy some thrills and spills at Alton Towers then you’ll get 40% off with an entry price of £27 for kids or SHREK Adventure London with a massive 33% off. It’s worth taking a look before you go out next time. isn’t it? Check here for tickets around the UK.
  2. Peterborough Attractions: Now, there’s not many on yet, but the list is starting to grow…some have discounts and some don’t but it’s easy to book online: Peterborough currently has Nene Valley Railway (need a minimum of 15 people), Trapp’d Escape Rooms (minimum 2 people), Cathedral Tours (minimum 10 for a private tour), Planet Ice for skating sessions & money off a stay at the Dragonfly Hotel,  so watch this space for more…Click here to visit Peterborough Tickets. Don’t forget to change your search for places nearby like Stamford for Grimsthorpe Castle,
  3. Travel Mag:  They are just about to launch their Travel Magazine out to the public. It’s a lovely glossy magazine which comes out monthly and has a host of articles, new details being offered, information and details on events coming up around the country. In December’s issue you could find details on steam trains around the UK, the animal attractions at West Midland Safari Park, Britain’s most haunted houses and castles, days out to Cathedrals (including Peterborough Cathedral), Beamish museum, Harry Potter Studios, the best Outlet Villages and Shopping Centres to visit, a great section on Theatre Shows in London, details on Thames cruises, Merseyside, Wiltshire and the South West and much more, so, believe me, there’s plenty to read and choose from.  You’ll also get a FREE calendar and supplement magazines on top including FREE gift vouchers/posters/chocolate.

Now, a great thing is that Group Travel World has teamed up with We Love Peterborough to give you a discount on their mag! Instead of the usual £3.99 per month, they’ll give you a discount on their annual subscription with 15% OFF…(to get this go online and use code PB15 when you check out), I’ve got mine ordered already! Order yours and get your discount here.
